Since 2012, BOS has released 493 orangutans to safe rainforests. But many orangutans are still waiting for their freedom in our rescue centers. Please help us to give them their freedom. One hundred percent of the coffee profits flow into financing orangutan reintroductions.

When should I expect my first bag of BOS Coffee?
We roast and ship your coffee to order every Tuesday & Saturday.
Orders placed after Saturday 9:00 and before Tuesday 9:00 get roasted and shipped on Tuesday Afternoon.

We offer shipping via DHL within Germany. Shipping times vary depending on your proximity to our Berlin origin zip code: 10405.
To track the status of your shipment, click on the provided tracking number, which will redirect you to the DHL site. It may take up to 24 hours before package status information becomes available.
Can I use PayPal for subscriptions?
Yes. PayPal is our most popular payment method. We also accept all major credit cards for subscriptions. Each order is billed right before it ships.
I'd love to try your other coffees. Can I swap products for my next shipment?
Yes. You can swap coffee at any time. A new “Add to subscription” button will appear on all coffee pages when you log in as a subscriber. Add the new coffee you want to your subscription on the coffee page and remove the coffee you no longer want from the subscription section.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
Yes. As a reminder, we will email you about your renewal two days before billing. You can easily adjust, pause and cancel any time directly from your account.
I am going on vacation. Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. You can pause a subscription. Press the “Pause subscription” button in the subscription section. To reactivate your subscription, click the “Reactivate” button in the subscription section.
I am running out of coffee before my next shipment arrives; what should I do?
You have two options. There are two buttons on your subscription page: “Ship now, keep schedule” and “Ship now, reschedule from today.”
- The “Ship now, keep schedule” button will charge you now, and we will send you your coffee on our next roast day. It will also keep the original schedule, so the next payment date will remain what it was before you generated the new order. Think of it as an emergency shipment between the order frequency you set.
- The “Ship now, reschedule from today” button will charge you now, and we will send you your coffee on our next roast day. It will also reschedule your next payment and shipment day in relation to when you pressed the button. For example, if the subscription is monthly, and the next payment would be ten days in the future, this will move the next payment date to be a month from the day you pressed the button.
You can adjust the quantity of coffee you receive or the delivery timeframe of your subscription. If you are running out of coffee before your next coffee delivery, consider increasing the number of bags per delivery or shortening the delivery interval (i.e., from 1x per month to 1x per every three weeks).
