Who is Baby Indie?
BABY INDIE – BORN IN THE WILD
We named our Decaf coffee Baby Indie. Baby Indie embodies BOS's mission; rescued orangutans having babies in the wild. Baby Indie's mother, Inung, was rescued in the spring of 2000 and released three years later. Our Post-Release Monitoring team discovered Inung with a baby clinging to her body in the winter of 2021. Inung and Baby Indie are in good health and thriving in the forest. Rehabilitated orangutans are working hard to create the next generation of wild orangutans.
